Panaji

Panaji is the state capital of Goa, in southwest India. Located on the banks of the Mandovi River, the city has cobblestone streets lined with colourful buildings. For three years, Panaji was conferred with a national award for undertaking urban municipal reforms under the Centre’s flagship smart city mission.

Panaji will mainly cooperate with the city of Almada in Portugal on the topic of flood management.
