We are very pleased to invite you to join us for the webinar “Smart Specialisation Strategies and Sustainability: ​ a framework for reflection”. The event is organized by the International Urban and Regional Cooperation Latin America (IURC-LAC) Programme on Tuesday, June 27th at 09:00 CDT/ 17:00 CEST. The webinar will have a duration of 75 minutes and offer simultaneous interpretation in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

The webinar will reflect on the sustainability dimension of smart specialisation strategies and their deployment in the industrial and local dimensions, including their application for industrial policies and innovation hubs. It aims to generate inspiration on how to mobilise research and innovation to address the SDGs in various territorial contexts, including places facing institutional and structural challenges.
