Surat

Surat is a city in the western Indian state of Gujarat and used to be a large seaport. Surat was selected among 100 cities to be developed as smart city in India. It has received several awards in various categories by the Government of India.

Surat will mainly cooperate with the city of Rotterdam in Netherlands on the topic of flood management.
